'Had a call today from one of your representatives called Bradley. He was so polite and informative when trying to sell your products/service. He provided me with reassurance that the company was legit and not fraudulent by giving me the FCA number for the company along with the website details. I did not purchase anything as I already have all my household goods insured and was not looking to add any addition insurance at this time. However if I needed to get covered I would have happily done a deal with Bradley! I also called your Customer Service Number and spoke to Erin, who was amazing at her job and really enthusiastic about the company and services you provide. The guys deserve a big pat in the back doing such a difficult job in this current climate. Most people I speak to including myself have had numerous fraudulent calls and are wary and very reluctant to speak to anyone they don’t know over the phone - making their job so much harder.
